Head of Growth Marketing

You will own how people find Aviy and decide to try it — across search, paid, content, lifecycle and partnerships — and build the small team that does it.

What you’ll do

• Own the acquisition strategy and the budget behind it
• Build and lead a team across SEO, content, paid and lifecycle
• Set the measurement framework and hold it to honest attribution
• Scale the channels that work and stop the ones that do not
• Partner with product on activation and pricing
• Report performance to the leadership team with real numbers

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in growth marketing including team leadership
• Demonstrable results scaling self-serve SaaS acquisition
• Analytical depth — you can argue with your own dashboard
• Experience across several channels, not just one
• Hiring and coaching track record

We hire worldwide. You can be based anywhere we can legally employ or engage you — this role has no required location and no required time zone beyond a few hours of overlap with your team.

Visa sponsorship is available. If you would rather not work remotely, we will sponsor a work visa and cover relocation to one of our hubs in London, Berlin, Lisbon, Toronto, Singapore, Dubai, Lagos or Bengaluru. We pay the visa fees, the legal costs and the move itself, and our People team runs the process with you.
