Getting started
Yes. You can create invoices, estimates, quotes, credit notes, receipts, and purchase orders completely free. No credit card required to get started. Paid plans add storage, recurring invoices, payment tracking, analytics, and team features.
No. The AI invoice generator works without an account. An account is only needed if you want Aviy to store your documents, track payments, or unlock recurring invoices and analytics.
Click "Create account" in the top-right of any page. We use magic-link sign-in - enter your email and click the link we send you. There are no passwords to remember.
Go to the AI invoice generator, type a sentence describing the invoice (for example, "Invoice Acme Inc £1,500 for website redesign, due in 30 days"), and Aviy creates it instantly. You can preview, edit, download a PDF, or send it directly to your client.

You can email a PDF directly from Aviy, share a secure link, or send via WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Slack, Messenger, or iMessage. Pick the channel your client prefers.
Yes. Connect your Stripe or PayPal account and clients can pay directly from the invoice link. Payments are tracked automatically in your dashboard.
When a client pays through Stripe or PayPal, Aviy marks the invoice paid automatically. For manual payments, you can mark an invoice paid yourself. The dashboard shows outstanding, overdue, and paid totals at a glance.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties.
Account & billing
If your account has access to multiple businesses, the workspace switcher in the bottom-left of the dashboard lets you jump between them. Each business has its own invoices, clients, branding, and team.
Go to Team in the dashboard sidebar and send an invite by email. Invitees create their account by clicking the link - no password needed. You can assign Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles.
Go to Manage Plan from the account menu and choose Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; we never charge again after cancellation.
From the Profile page, scroll to "Delete account" and confirm via the email we send.
