Product Manager, Growth

Plenty of people try an invoicing tool. Fewer send a first invoice, and fewer still come back the following month. The gap between those numbers is this job.

You would own the path from first visit to habit: onboarding, the first send, the reasons people return, and eventually pricing and packaging.

The work

What you would own:

• Activation, conversion and retention metrics end to end
• Experiments run with enough rigour to believe the result
• Onboarding, so people reach their first sent invoice sooner
• Pricing and packaging work alongside finance
• The instrumentation that makes the funnel visible in the first place

What we are looking for

Four or more years in growth or product roles with outcomes you can describe honestly, including the experiments that failed.

Comfort with analytics tooling and SQL, and the willingness to kill your own idea when the data says so.

Where you work

This one is fully remote. We care where you are only insofar as the law does: you need the right to work in the US already, because there is no office attached to this job for us to sponsor you into. Beyond that, work from wherever you work best.

We overlap a few hours a day and write the rest down. Most decisions live in documents and pull requests rather than meetings, which is partly a philosophy and mostly a consequence of being spread across time zones.

Pay and the rest of it

$95,000–$135,000 a year, reviewed every year against the market for where you live, plus share options — everyone here owns a piece of the company.
