Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Aviy is an AI-first invoicing platform used by freelancers, creators and micro-businesses in over 90 countries. You will work across the whole stack on the surfaces customers touch every day — the document editor, the payment flow, and the AI assistant that drafts invoices from a sentence.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship features across Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres, from schema to UI
• Design the data model for new document types and keep row-level security policies airtight
• Improve the invoice and estimate editor used by tens of thousands of businesses
• Work directly with design and product in short cycles, not long specs
• Review peers’ code and raise the bar on readability and test coverage
• Carry a light on-call rotation for the services you own

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building production web applications, with real depth in TypeScript
• Strong SQL and relational data modelling — you reach for Postgres before an ORM abstraction
• Comfort owning a feature from problem statement through to measuring whether it worked
• Care about the details a user feels: loading states, empty states, error copy
• Experience in a small team where you set your own direction

We hire worldwide. You can be based anywhere we can legally employ or engage you — this role has no required location and no required time zone beyond a few hours of overlap with your team.

If you would rather not work remotely, we will sponsor a work visa and cover relocation to one of our hubs in London, Berlin, Lisbon, Toronto, Singapore, Dubai, Lagos or Bengaluru. We pay the visa fees, the legal costs and the move itself, and our People team runs the process with you.
