Senior Product Designer

You will own design for the flows customers use most. Our users are not software people; they are electricians, photographers and consultants who need to get paid without learning an app.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end design for major product areas, from research to shipped detail
• Run lightweight research with real customers and act on what you hear
• Produce flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs engineers can build from
• Extend the design system as the product grows
• Pair with engineers through implementation rather than handing off
• Hold the quality bar across the product, including other people’s work

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years designing software products, with a portfolio showing depth
• Ability to simplify genuinely complex flows without hiding what matters
• Comfort with research — you talk to users yourself
• Fluent in Figma and in systems thinking about components
• Experience designing for non-technical audiences

We hire worldwide. You can be based anywhere we can legally employ or engage you — this role has no required location and no required time zone beyond a few hours of overlap with your team.
