Senior Product Manager, Payments

Getting paid is the whole point of an invoice. You will own the roadmap for payments: methods, geographies, conversion and the failure cases that cost customers money.

What you’ll do

• Own the payments roadmap and the reasoning behind its order
• Add payment methods and geographies based on evidence of demand
• Improve payment conversion and diagnose where it leaks
• Work with Compliance on regulatory requirements in each market
• Define success metrics before building and check them after
• Talk to customers about money problems regularly

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in product management, with real payments experience
• Understanding of the payments landscape: processors, methods, rails, regulation
• Analytical rigour — you size opportunities before committing
• Ability to work closely with engineers on genuinely technical problems
• Clear writing; you can make a hard trade-off legible

This role is based in London, UK, with a mix of office and home working — most people are in two or three days a week.
