Technical Product Manager, API & Integrations
Aviy is increasingly something other software talks to — accounting tools, and now AI agents. That is a product with its own users, its own expectations about stability, and its own failure modes.
You would own it: the API roadmap, versioning and deprecation policy, documentation quality, and which integrations we build next.
The work
The remit:
- Own the public API roadmap, versioning and deprecation process
- Drive our support for AI agents as that becomes a real way customers work
- Prioritise integrations on evidence rather than the loudest request
- Own developer documentation as a product, not an afterthought
- Balance API stability against the pace of product change
What we are looking for
Four or so years in technical product management, able to read code and hold a credible API design discussion.
Experience with developer-facing products, and clear technical writing — in this role the documentation is the product surface.
Where you work
This one is fully remote. We care where you are only insofar as the law does: you need the right to work in the UK or the US already, because there is no office attached to this job for us to sponsor you into. Beyond that, work from wherever you work best.
We overlap a few hours a day and write the rest down. Most decisions live in documents and pull requests rather than meetings, which is partly a philosophy and mostly a consequence of being spread across time zones.
Pay and the rest of it
$95,000–$135,000 a year, reviewed every year against the market for where you live, plus share options — everyone here owns a piece of the company.
Flexible hours, a budget for whatever laptop and desk you actually want, an annual learning budget, generous paid time off that we check people take, and paid parental leave for every parent however you become one.
How to apply
Use the form at the bottom of this page. Attach your CV and write a few sentences about why this role — not a cover letter, just the honest version. If something in this posting is wrong for you but the rest fits, say so; we would rather know.
We read every application ourselves and reply to all of them, including the ones we turn down. If you need any adjustment to the process, tell us in your note and we will arrange it.
