Referral Program Terms

To participate, create a free Aviy business account, select the Basic plan, log in, and share the unique referral link found in your dashboard. The program is open to individuals and businesses in good standing. Aviy may decline or remove any participant at its discretion.

• Referrals — $5 each. You earn $5 when a person who signs up using your referral link pays for any Aviy plan. A referral is credited only on the referred user’s first successful payment — not at signup. There is no cap on the number of referrals.
• UGC videos — $10 to $50 each. You earn a per-video reward for every 15–40 second promotional video you create and submit that Aviy approves. Your rate depends on your Creator level: $10 as a Bronze Creator, $15 at Silver (from 10 approved videos), $25 at Gold (from 20), and a flat $50 at Elite — a manual promotion granted by Aviy after reviewing your videos. Approval and Elite promotion are at Aviy’s sole discretion.

When you submit a UGC video and Aviy approves it, you assign to Aviy full ownership of that video. Aviy owns every approved video and has the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to post it on our channels and website and to use, reproduce, and distribute it in commercials, advertising, and any marketing materials, without further notice, attribution, or compensation beyond the $10 reward.

You further grant Aviy the unrestricted right to edit, modify, alter, adapt, shorten, lengthen, re-edit, add to, remove from, crop, caption, dub, translate, overlay, combine with other content, and otherwise change any video you submit — whether or not it is approved — in any manner and to any extent Aviy chooses, in its sole discretion, including creating derivative works from it. Aviy is under no obligation to use the video, to preserve it in its original form, or to seek your approval of any edit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights and any right to object to, or seek compensation for, such edits or uses.

You confirm that the video is your original work, that you have the rights to any people, music, and assets in it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

We do not condone fraud. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, bot signups, incentivised or misleading promotion, and any attempt to manufacture referrals or conversions are prohibited. Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in rejected rewards, forfeiture of any accrued balance, and possible termination of your Aviy account. Aviy’s determination of fraud or abuse is final.

Referral rewards depend on a referred user completing payment. If a referred user requests and receives a refund, or reverses/charges back their payment, the corresponding referral reward will be debited from your balance. If your available balance is insufficient, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

Balances are paid out on the last Friday of each month, provided you meet the minimum withdrawal of $10. You may withdraw via PayPal or USDT (TRC-20) from your referral dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on your earnings.

Aviy may modify, suspend, or end the referral program, and may change reward amounts or these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
