What you’ll need

  • An email address for your business
  • Your legal name or business name and address
  • A bank account or card to withdraw funds (varies by country)

Part 1

Set up your PayPal account

  1. 1

    Create a PayPal Business account

Go to paypal.com/business and click "Sign up". Choose Business account (you can also upgrade an existing personal account under Settings → Upgrade to a business account).

  2. 2

    Describe your business

Pick a business type and category, and enter your business name, address, and contact details.

  3. 3

    Confirm your email

PayPal emails a confirmation link - click it to activate the account.

  4. 4

Link a bank account or card

Under Wallet, add the bank account where you will withdraw funds. PayPal makes small test deposits (or uses instant verification) to confirm it.

  5. 5

    Complete identity confirmation if asked

Depending on your country and volume, PayPal may ask for ID or business documents. You can start receiving before this in most regions, but confirm early to avoid holds.

Part 2

Link it to Aviy

  1. 6

    Open Payments in Aviy

Log in to Aviy, go to Dashboard → Payments, and select the PayPal tab.

  2. 7

    Click "Connect PayPal"

Aviy hands you to PayPal’s secure onboarding flow. Sign in with your PayPal Business account and grant the payment permissions PayPal lists.

  3. 8

    You’re live

You are redirected back to Aviy and the pane shows "Connected". From now on, every invoice you share includes a one-tap pay button for this provider, and Aviy marks invoices paid automatically when the money lands.

No fees, no custody: Aviy takes no fee on your transactions and never holds your money. Payments settle directly in your own PayPal account, at the provider’s standard rates.
